Konjac gum

Konjac gum

thickener obtained from the tumber of Amorphophallus konjac.It is dispersible in hot or cold water forming a highly viscous solution with a pH between 4,0 and 7,0. Konjac interacts synergistically with Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum and starch.
