BCAA (BRANCHED CHAIN AMINO ACIDS)

BCAA (BRANCHED CHAIN AMINO ACIDS) – amino acids consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine. They are not synthesized by the human body, therefore it is necessary to provide them through supplementation. Leucine is a cortisol antagonist, therefore plays a role in a muscle protein synthesis. Valine, like leucine, maintains muscle coordination and regulates the growth hormone. Isoleucine, beside its muscle supporting functions, maintains adequate blood sugar levels. This combination of amino acids provides the desired effects: effective fat burning, replenishment of energy reserves and increase in muscle mass.
